Join us 11a-12p @ Valo for YOGA + WINE (&tea) + and a mini sound bath!
Your ticket includes a glass of wine and/or choices of organic/ayruveda/yogi hot tea + an expert-led yoga practice (all ability levels welcome!) + finish with a brief chakra-balancing crystal bowl sound bath.
Bring your own yoga mat, and dress in layers for your comfort! Full wine tasting opens at the conclusion of your yoga session at Valo on Sunday.
Tasting Room doors open for YOGA guests only at 10:30 on the day of this event, session begins at 11.
